Pratt & Whitney Military Engines is seeking a Director, F135 Digital Integrations, to lead the integration of AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics into the F135 engine program, keeping it at the forefront of the aerospace industry. Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science,InformationTechnology(IT),Engineering, or other STEM related field with 14 years of experience in software development and digital transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; or an Advanced degree in with 12 years of experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experiencewithemerging digital trends, tools, and methodologies, including AI/ML, digital twins, advanced data analytics, and cloud computing.
Exceptionalcommunication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
