  • Oversee Financial Commitments: Govern significant Dealer-related technology investments, CTDA costs, leases, funding commitments, and financial obligations to ensure transparency and sound financial stewardship.
  • Drive Dealer Procurement Governance: Provide oversight of Dealer-facing procurement requests, approvals, decisions, ensuring Dealers have visibility into upcoming costs, impacts, and commitments.
  • Serve as the Primary Dealer Tech Relationship Lead: Act as the single accountable point of contact for Dealer governance, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement across Store Technology.
  • Improve Transparency & Alignment: Ensure Dealers, CTDA, business partners, and technology teams receive consistent communications, clear decision-making, and coordinated support.
  • Establish a consistent operating model for Dealer-facing technology governance activities.
  • Lead and coordinate resources supporting committees, financial management, procurement reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Develop governance standards, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Drive alignment across Store Technology portfolios and business partners.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and Dealer-centric decision-making.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, business relationship management, technology governance, or strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related discipline; MBA considered an asset.
  • Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and governance forums.
  • Strong understanding of technology investment planning, financial management, procurement governance, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and aligning technology investments with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments involving multiple business units, external partners, governing bodies, and executive leaders.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, contracts, funding decisions, and technology investments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience leading organizational governance processes and driving alignment across competing priorities.
