The Director ensures infrastructure programs are delivered in a coordinated, predictable, and low-disruption manner by managing dependencies, deployment sequencing, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. • Drive Store Deployment Readiness: Lead rollout planning, cutover execution, migration activities, operational readiness, communications, and hypercare support to ensure successful store implementations.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Align infrastructure, network, hardware, operations, application, and vendor teams to deliver programs on time and with minimal business disruption.
  • Provide Executive & Dealer Visibility: Serve as the single accountable leader for program status, risks, decisions, escalations, and stakeholder communications across business, Dealer, and technology teams.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish delivery standards, governance processes, and continuous improvement practices that enable predictable, repeatable, and low-risk infrastructure modernization across the store network.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Store Infrastructure Delivery organization.
  • Develop delivery managers, program managers, and technical oversight resources.
  • Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration across Infrastructure, Store Technology, Operations, Security, and Business teams.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and execution excellence.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, infrastructure, retail, or business transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar portfolios involving hardware, infrastructure, software, vendor, and operational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executives across technology, operations, vendors, and business functions.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, deployment planning, change management, and operational readiness.
  • Experience leading large-scale retail deployments, lifecycle upgrades, or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, business cases, vendor contracts, and portfolio investments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and establish new operating models and governance structures.
