What you will do:
Drive Growth and Profitability- Be a strategic mastermind: Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
- Proactively expand scope: Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
- Maximize renewals: Focus on selling new offerings while minimizing erosion to ensure our largest accounts flourish.
- Own the P&L: Take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, integrity and account compliance.
Build Strategic Connections- Cultivate executive alliances: Create, maintain, and develop deep connections with top-level decision-makers.
- Orchestrate the team: Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless management process from prospecting to closing.
- Partner for scale: Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to join forces and conquer new deals.

Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum of 5+ years' experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions

Compensation:The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $175,080 to $343,920
Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560
New York City: $191,040 to $343,920
Conn./NJ: $159,240 to 343,920
Washington: $175,080 to $315,240
Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
