Director, Culinary Offer Implementation to support a portfolio of corporate accounts across the East Coast Reporting to the VP of Culinary, you'll help shape the food, hospitality and innovation strategy behind a ~$300M business, partnering with our central marketing and culinary teams to bring brands to life at the unit level.
The ideal candidate should be based within the Tri-State area (NY, CT, Northern NJ) What You'll DoOperational Support- Guide culinary teams on brand strategy and deployment for new business openings and client site refreshes
- Partner with the VP of Culinary and supply chain on vendor sourcing and product specifications
- Conduct onsite audits to ensure brand standards and VDA compliance, supporting unit-level profitability
Sales & Retention- Support new business sales tastings and the proactive retention of existing accounts
- Bring each client's vision for food and hospitality to life through tailored culinary solutions
Innovation- Drive food and beverage innovation, partnering with Central Marketing on new concepts and recipes

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field, plus progressive culinary leadership experience relevant to a Culinary Director with Multi-Site experience role
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across East Coast accounts
- Proven ability to lead brand standards, vendor compliance and culinary innovation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear business actions
- Experience developing and mentoring culinary talent in the field
- Skilled in client relationship management and supporting new business sales efforts
