Provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.


  • Primarily involved with credit policy development including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing policies in conjunction with Retail Credit and Wholesale Credit teams
  • Provides inputs in the creation of target operating model credit policies that is being created across the Bank at the enterprise level
  • Oversees implementation of credit and other relevant policies that apply to Business Banking (up to $1MM Total Committed Relationship or TCR) as well as Up Market Strategy for TCR > $1MM
  • Ensures Governance related tasks are completed as it relates to implemented policies
  • Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.

Qualifications:


  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience; completion of an MBA is desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of banking products, services, organization, and group interrelationships.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives impacting people, processes, and technology.
  • Experience delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management.
  • Knowledge of MS Access is desirable.
  • Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.

Salary:


$130,000.00 - $270,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
