Opportunity OverviewThe Sr. Director, Trust Management Segments leads a major Trust Management portfolio focused on the growth, performance, and strategic evolution of Trust Company client's Core segment. This role translates Trust Company strategy into segment-specific priorities, service models, operating plans, and growth initiatives that strengthen client outcomes, fiduciary quality, and business performance across existing and emerging trust segments.
The Sr. Director oversees governance routines supporting trust product lifecycle management, administration standards, account service models, affiliated partner support, client experience monitoring, and fiduciary risk oversight across assigned segments. The role establishes annual priorities and operating objectives for key client segments, including the Core and High Net Worth businesses, while identifying opportunities to develop and scale future segment offerings that align with the Trust Company's strategic direction.
Working across advisors, legal, risk, marketing, brand, compliance, product, operations, service, investment, and trust administration teams, the Sr. Director drives cross-functional execution to resolve systemic challenges, strengthen trust delivery, improve client and business outcomes, and ensure consistent execution of fiduciary obligations. The role also ensures management reporting and governance routines provide timely visibility into segment growth, trust performance, control effectiveness, fiduciary issues, service quality, and business results, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the Trust Company.
Primary Enterprise Accountabilities- Lead Trust Company client segment strategy, planning, and execution, translating enterprise priorities into growth, service, fiduciary, and operating objectives.
- Oversee the performance, evolution, and scalability of Core, High Net Worth, and emerging trust client segments.
- Establish governance, risk, and performance frameworks that provide visibility into client outcomes, fiduciary quality, operational effectiveness, and business results.
- Drive cross-functional execution across business, risk, legal, compliance, operations, investment, and service teams to deliver segment priorities and resolve systemic challenges.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance client experience, operating efficiency, business growth, and segment innovation.
- Leverage market insights, performance reporting, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and future segment development.

Position RequirementsRole Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Wealth Management, or a related field required.
- Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline) preferred.
- Professional trust, fiduciary, wealth management, or financial services designation preferred (CTFA, CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or equivalent).
