Job DescriptionDESCRIPTION:
Join our team as Director of Corporate Strategy and help advance the mission of a global leader in serving science. In this key role, you'll guide strategic initiatives that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll identify and analyze organic and inorganic growth opportunities across our diverse portfolio of businesses. Your strategic insights and recommendations will directly impact company-wide decision-making and growth trajectory.
You'll manage complex strategic projects, conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses, and develop compelling business cases for new opportunities. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build consensus across all levels of the organization. You'll work with cross-functional teams to guide initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands.
This position offers the opportunity to work on transformative projects while collaborating with executive leadership. You'll contribute to identifying industry trends, evaluating growth opportunities, and shaping the strategic direction of a Fortune 500 company.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in strategy, including corporate strategy, management consulting, or M&A
• Preferred Fields of Study: business, life sciences, or related field
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Excellence in strategic thinking and business case development
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior executives
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record of implementing strategic growth initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem-solving
• Life sciences industry experience preferred
• Ability to travel as required

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $176,000.00-$234,700.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
