Full Job Description
What you'll do

As Director, Corporate Projects, you are responsible for establishing and deploying corporate standards across Canadian and U.S. plants for projects related to production lines. Reporting to the Vice President, Projects and Logistics, you ensure project compliance, quality, safety and timelines while acting as a key point of reference for internal teams and stakeholders.

How will you create impact?

You contribute to achieving the company's objectives through the following actions:
  • Coordinate corporate projects related to production and line development (new lines, modifications, reconfigurations)
  • Oversee installation projects to ensure delivery within quality, safety, and timeline requirements
  • Support manufacturing plants in the development and execution of their annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans
  • Provide project follow-ups with internal clients and cross-functional departments
  • Manage and prioritize requests from internal teams
  • Ensure all work under your responsibility is executed safely
  • Establish and enforce common standards across Canadian and U.S. plants
  • Lead and manage a team of Corporate Project Managers
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to newly hired engineers across both corporate functions and plant operations


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (asset)
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Be recognized for rigor, structure, and autonomy
  • Work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
