Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities May include;
• Oversee the sale of the division/department's products.
• Develop local sales plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning.
• Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers.
• Actively sell to and support accounts.
• Responsible for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
• Generate new accounts and revenue streams while reaching annual sales revenue goals.
• Prodide sales and revenue forecasting, account planning, strategy and supervision.
• Provide input to sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans.
• Develop and maintain a team that consists of highly trained sales and pre-sales professionals by giving them direct coaching/mentoring and account involvement to achieve a high level of sales.
• Manage vendor/manufacturer relationships, annual sales goals, territories, conflicts and vendor representative council participation where applicable.
• Review Vendor Commission payments to ensure AirReps and Sales staff are paid correctly on out of territory sales.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Establishes the vision, mission, values and long-term strategies for a division/department
• Provides guidance and leadership to implement transformational change that has broad impact on the achievement of results for the entire organization
• Expected to interact with all levels of the organization especially with top management
• Ensures appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership areas of the organization
• Possess knowledge to capably lead multiple teams of directors
• Has ownership of budget development and monitoring of expenses
• Level of signing authority established by company policy/guidelines

Knowledge & Skills:
• Able to demonstrate ability to lead team in large account sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
• Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data.
• Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value based selling process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approaches, proposals, documentation and presentations.
• Team leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively inform, motivate, and organize a multi-person sales effort.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace.
• Ability to publicly represent the client with internal and external customers and at events and seminars.
• Detailed sales process knowledge and management.
• Maintains a positive attitude.
• Strong business acumen.

Experience:
• 15+ years of sales experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility

Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

People Management: Yes

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to travel on business or work beyond normal work hours as necessary

Reports To: VP, Sales and Operations AirReps

Salary Range: $110,240 - $138,065
