The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will:

  • Own the Content Engine & Strategy: You will own the content strategy, editorial calendar, and content-led demand generation across campaigns, webinars, email, and social-first content to turn AtScale's story into a consistent market presence.
  • Drive AEO & Answer Engine Visibility: You will take ownership of AtScale's internal Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) program using Profound, translating insights into editorial priorities and tracking where we need stronger coverage across AI answer engines and search.
  • Scale External & Internal Contributions: You will manage contract employees, freelance writers, and agency partners, while helping shape and edit thought leadership from executive and market-facing voices.

Who You Are

  • You have 8+ years of B2B content marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign experience, preferably in enterprise software, data, analytics, AI, cloud, BI, or infrastructure.
  • You possess a startup mindset-you are practical, fast, resourceful, and comfortable building before everything is perfectly defined.
  • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
  • You have experience with AEO/SEO, content engines, campaign orchestration, and contractor management.
  • You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
