About the TeamThe Reactor Deployments team is responsible for delivering Antares systems from factory to field. We operate at the intersection of engineering, construction, and operations-ensuring each deployment site is designed, built, and commissioned to the highest standards.
This team partners closely with design engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and external stakeholders to bring first-of-a-kind energy infrastructure online.
Roles and Responsibilities:As Director of Construction at Antares, you will lead the planning and execution of all site development and construction activities for reactor deployments. You will own the end-to-end construction strategy-from early site design input through field execution.
You will serve as the critical bridge between engineering and the field, ensuring designs are constructible and projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at high quality. You will be responsible for driving cost efficiency and ensuring timely project completion to meet Antares' aggressive deployment timelines.
You will also build and lead the construction function, managing contractors, developing processes, and scaling Antares' deployment capabilities.
