Job Description

Lead the planning, development and implementation of innovative community-focused prevention programs and initiatives. Oversee the development of strategy to meet the population needs and demonstrate impact. Builds and maintains strong partnerships with community and internal stakeholders. Manages staff and budget.

Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of project planning and execution
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience including coaching and budget management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration or Master of Public Health

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public health administration or other health related field

  • Development of community partnerships and strong relationships
  • Creation, implementation, communication, measurement, and evaluation of programs
  • Strong organization, communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills

  • Ensure programs are communicated internally and externally.
  • Measure and report on program outcomes and demonstrate impact.
