Reporting to the Vice President, Communications, Corporate and Functions, this individual will serve as the primary communications partner to the Senior Vice President and Chief ISC Officer. The role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of an integrated Brand and Communications function, this individual will work closely with communications Centers of Excellence and business communications partners to align employee and external narratives, identify opportunities for proactive storytelling, reinforce the Honeywell Technologies brand and ensure consistent execution across channels. The Director will also partner with key functions to lead communications for organizational change, transformation initiatives and issues affecting employees.

Fluency in AI, analytics and modern communications practices is essential as this leader helps transform how ISC communications are planned, delivered and measured. This individual will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
