Full Job Description
The Opportunity

SharkNinja is looking for a Director, Commercial Execution - Walmart to lead the account-wide operating bridge between Walmart commercial strategy and how it is delivered across stores, Walmart.com, the distribution center network, and the merchant and replenishment organizations.

You will own the Walmart Commercial Execution and CPFR strategy, establishing the operating model, decision processes, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional accountability required to deliver product availability and profitable growth. You will serve as SharkNinja's senior CPFR counterpart to Walmart's Merchant and MerchX leadership while aligning SharkNinja Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Finance around one execution plan.

You will lead and develop two CPFR Managers and hold total-account accountability for 95% fill-rate performance, 97.5% in-stock performance, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and Walmart supply-chain scorecards.
How This Role Wins

This role builds a scalable, AI-enabled Commercial Execution engine that turns data into earlier decisions, clearer accountability, and stronger retailer partnerships. You will establish an exception-based operating model in which automation absorbs repetitive work, analytics identifies the highest-value risks and opportunities, and the team spends more time influencing decisions and strengthening relationships.

The ultimate measure of success is that Walmart customers can consistently find and purchase SharkNinja products at every stage of the path to purchase-on screen and on shelf-while both Walmart and SharkNinja maintain productive inventory positions.
What You'll Own
  1. Set the account-wide Commercial Execution and CPFR strategy, including the annual roadmap, operating model, service targets, inventory principles, governance routines, and continuous-improvement priorities.
  2. Own total Walmart performance against the role's core goals, including 95% fill rate, 97.5% in-stock performance, forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory productivity, and other relevant retailer scorecards.
  3. Build senior-level relationships with Walmart's Merchant and MerchX leadership, earning a strategic seat at the table on in-stock strategy, replenishment policy, category growth, launches, promotions, and major business bets.
  4. Translate Joint Business Planning and commercial strategy into executable supply commitments, ensuring forecasts, inventory investments, production plans, modular timelines, and order-flow requirements support agreed growth priorities.
  5. Govern the end-to-end Walmart demand signal, ensuring Walmart system forecasts, POS trends, promotional assumptions, and merchant inputs are accurately incorporated into SharkNinja's demand-planning and consensus-forecast processes.
  6. Direct inventory and replenishment strategy across the account, balancing on-shelf and online availability with weeks of supply, DC health, inventory turns, Direct Import requirements, lifecycle transitions, and supply-chain cost.
  7. Establish executive governance and performance routines, including account scorecards, risk and opportunity reviews, forecast checkpoints, escalation protocols, decision rights, and standard deliverables across teams.
  8. Lead major execution events and business resets, including modular transitions, holiday and seasonal builds, significant promotions, new-product launches, supply disruptions, and recovery plans.
  9. Define the data, analytics, automation, and AI roadmap for the function, improving forecast visibility, exception management, item-setting integrity, reporting speed, scenario planning, and decision quality.
  10. Lead, coach, and develop two CPFR Managers, setting clear portfolio ownership, performance expectations, development plans, and succession priorities while building a culture of accountability, curiosity, and customer focus.

  • At least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams; experience leading managers is strongly preferred.
  • Deep experience working within the Walmart supplier, retail, merchandising, or replenishment ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success setting customer supply-chain strategy and improving forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, fill rate, inventory productivity, or retailer compliance metrics.
