Create personalized marketing programs and lifecycle-based communications that deepen client loyalty, improve the client experience, and support relationship expansion.
  • Cross-business collaboration - Partner with group heads and internal stakeholders to tailor value propositions, communications, and campaigns to specific industries, client needs, and growth priorities. Identify opportunities to strengthen connectivity between Commercial Banking and Private Wealth, including support for liquidity events, succession planning, retirement transitions, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
  • Marketing operations and performance measurement - Establish data-driven marketing frameworks and key performance indicators tied to awareness, acquisition, engagement, pipeline contribution, referral activity, and client growth outcomes. Use customer relationship management tools, digital analytics, client insights, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance, while managing budgets, agency relationships, and resource allocation effectively.
