Full Job Description
As Director, Commerce, you will lead a high-performing team of specialists to drive strategic growth for clients within the commerce ecosystem. Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

People Leader:
  • Lead and mentor a team of commerce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in a commerce-focused environment.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and measuring success through team performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, supporting their growth and career advancement in the commerce sector.


Client-Centric:
  • Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with client objectives and commerce business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, striving for high client satisfaction and retention scores, while navigating the complexities of commerce platforms.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and presentations, tailoring communication to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on commerce-specific challenges and opportunities.


Product-Led:
  • Integrate the company's product and technology suite into commerce strategies, focusing on scalability, growth, and efficiency, and measuring success through key client metrics.

Data & Measurement Data-Driven:
  • Oversee the analysis of complex commerce data to extract actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and ensuring alignment with clients' KPIs.
  • Monitor and report on commerce performance using analytics tools, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Conduct data analysis to enhance commerce performance, ensuring statistical significance and actionable outcomes tailored to commerce dynamics.

Professional & Technical Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in commerce or e-commerce roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.


The hiring salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. 8-5-101 et seq.
