Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience managing the strategic planning cycle for a large organization with cross-functional engagement, prioritization, and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to influence senior executive leadership within complex environments.
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills for internal, senior-level audiences.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, including business judgment.


About the job

As Director, Canada Go-to-Market Operations, you are responsible for shaping the priorities for the large customer sales business in Canada, (including running strategic planning & cross-Google initiatives), ensuring the delivery of these priorities through the management of strategic programs and by ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations. You will lead strategic cross-functional OneGoogle Canada initiatives, including Canada Velocity (Brand & Reputation). In this role, you will manage the Google Canada Strategy & Operations (GTM) team, and partner with Google's Country Manager, as well as the Google Canada LCS leadership team and key cross-functional leads. You will also work with the Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team, to land global initiatives, identify opportunities for growth and sharing of practices across the Americas.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
