Director, Business Development, Mobile

San Francisco, CA

Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

In this role you will:

  • Drive Net-New Revenue: Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within the digital media landscape, consistently expanding Magnite27s market share across the mobile and in-app ecosystem and landscape

  • Negotiate & Execute Complex Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, masterfully navigating commercial negotiations and structuring high-value contracts that align client goals with Magnite27s Mobile GTM and commercial objectives

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders25including Product, Engineering, Legal, Account Management, and Revenue Operations25to ensure new partnerships are structurally sound, seamlessly integrated, and set up for long-term operational success

  • Serve as an External Spokesperson: Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Magnite in the Mobile and In App marketplace. You will effectively articulate our core business offerings, unique value proposition, and technical capabilities to C-suite executives, industry partners, and at major market events

We27re looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of business development experience where structuring and executing complex enterprise agreements with media owners was the focus

  • Existing relationships within the mobile media and technology industry

  • Strong level of presentation skills and public speaking

  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple team members and senior management to achieve goals

  • Experience navigating complex workflows to find and sell through effective solutions

  • Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and point of view on the future of the space

  • An optimistic approach to customer service and overall client development

In California, the base salary range for this role is $170,000 6 $200,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for:
