Full Job Description
Victoria's Secret is actively seeking a visionary Director, Business Analytics with expertise in information data management, reporting analytics and tool development; particularly leveraging emerging technologies including a strong interest in machine learning, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and generative AI. This key role will balance technical expertise with business strategy and communication skills to lead transformative efforts, drive efficiencies within the Global Manufacturing/ Supply Chain functions and coordinate across global solution delivery teams

Your Impact:

Align business strategies and priorities with critical business intelligence data, reporting and custom tool requirements. Architect business use of technology infrastructure to solve business challenges, building in scalability, flexibility and efficiency.

Balance technical expertise with business strategy and communication skills. Act as a bridge between data-driven insights and decision-making processes, enabling the business to make informed choices based on accurate and relevant information.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and deep understanding of their business processes and tools to identify information flow gaps, data opportunities and process efficiencies.

Partner with Technology to develop a roadmap to integrate data from different business applications and develop a holistic supply chain information model - from product development to product fulfillment.

Coordinate, coach and mentor global resources span the US & Asia that support analytics, reporting and custom tools to ensure best practices, common frameworks and standards and latest technology are leveraged.

Oversee the implementation and enhancement of cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies, and ensure data quality and accuracy; Spearhead initiatives leveraging data insights, machine learning, and generative AI to revolutionize operations within the Global Manufacturing Supply Chain.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Enable and expand direct access to information and reporting by our cross-functional teams. Ensure team members have the information readily available to perform their business functions. Ensure super users are leveraging proper tools and following proper data governance.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in business improvement projects promoting information flow, data management best practices and overall business effectiveness.

Train and coach other GM Operations team members to advance the skills of the team.

Work with stakeholders across the company to collect requirements for new reports and support the creation of ad-hoc business analytics, visualizations, custom tools and AI

Promote attention to detail, ensure that the source, collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of data is thorough and seamless.

Promote and enable data-driven decision making across the business.

Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in analytics, data science, and generative AI.

Your Experience:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

15 years of experience in a similar role, specifically focusing on data management, custom tools and transformative technologies.

Demonstrated interest and experimentation in implementing generative AI and other emerging technologies to transform supply chain operations.

Technical expertise that may include data analysis, data mining, machine learning or hands-on experience with SQL (as well as other programming languages, such as Python).

Strong understanding of database design principles as well as data governance

Experience working with different data analytics and data visualization tools as: MicroStrategy, Sigma, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Experience leading projects with moderate/ advanced complexity.

Successful track record of delivering operational solutions.

Familiarity with Retail and Fashion Apparel Industry and Product Development / Supply Chain operations is a plus.

Strategic, analytical, creative thinker with problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude. Maintain composure, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and being self-motivated and proactive.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
