Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of bar and beverage operations, including menu development, programming, service, and quality.
• Create innovative cocktails and beverage experiences aligned with the property's culinary vision.
• Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, beverage costs, and budgets.
• Analyze sales and develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments on programming and guest experiences.
• Maintain exceptional standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Stay ahead of beverage trends and continuously introduce new ideas and experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a senior beverage or bar leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, cost control, and revenue management.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and guest-service skills.
• Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $110K - $120K.
