What You Will Do- Define and execute the team's AI, automation, data, and reporting roadmap.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI, automation, architecture, and reporting specialists.
- Identify, prioritize, and launch high-value AI-driven initiatives across Americas Networks.
- Build enterprise-level reporting, dashboards, and natural-language insights for operational and management decision-making.
- Develop and execute a Market Area tools plan that simplifies the tools landscape and prioritizes regional needs.
- Scale successful proofs of concept into secure, supportable production services.
- Establish standards for data quality, documentation, reuse, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure all solutions comply with Ericsson's security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance requirements.
- Promote knowledge sharing, reusable patterns, and continuous improvement across Americas Networks.
The Skills You Bring- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications and wireless industries, including market trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Significant experience in AI, automation, analytics, reporting, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience translating business and network-operations needs into practical, measurable solutions.
- Working knowledge of data management, workflow automation, AI/ML, and reporting platforms.
- Experience with governance, risk management, information security, and responsible use of AI.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, product-oriented development, and change management practices.

Your PayThe salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Your TimeYour work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
