The Director will work directly with media partners and client stakeholders to enable compliant data sharing for existing and priority global media partners. The role requires strong knowledge of the media and data ecosystem, including pixel/server-side signals, mobile app measurement and first-party audience sharing, as well as the ability to produce and explain data flow and architecture diagrams to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide governance and stewardship for clients Security, Privacy and AI Review processes across 15+ media partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end Security, Privacy and AI Risk Assessment submissions for existing media partners and new priority global media partners.
  • For each partner, manage the full review process for three data-sharing requirements: Pixel/SSF, mobile app data sharing and first-party audience sharing.
  • Work with media partners to gather required inputs, including data retention policies, cross-border transfer details, AI-use governance and safeguards.
  • Partner with client Security, Privacy and Technology teams to complete questionnaires and submissions accurately, on time and in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Develop reusable supporting materials, including data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, security review reference numbers and other regularly requested documentation.
  • Create educational materials grounded in media use cases to support discussions with Legal, Security, Privacy and Technology stakeholders.
  • Support continent teams with reference materials, diagrams, media use cases and practical guidance.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Global Media team and continent teams, clearly communicating status, risks, dependencies and next steps.
  • Operate independently with limited oversight while maintaining strong project governance across a high volume of concurrent partner reviews.

Client Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day communication and coordination with client stakeholders and media partners for the assigned governance workstream.
  • Translate technical media and data practices into clear language for technical and non-technical clients, partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and present data flow and architecture diagrams, supporting documentation and media-specific educational materials.
  • Guide stakeholders through security, privacy and AI review requirements while maintaining momentum against agreed timelines and SLAs.
  • Communicate progress, open questions, risks and required decisions to Global Media and continent teams.

Management Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the workstream, priorities, documentation and partner follow-ups with limited oversight.
  • Coordinate deliverables across media partners and clients Security, Privacy, Technology, Legal, Global Media and continent teams.
  • Establish templates and repeatable processes that improve consistency, efficiency and readiness across partner submissions.
  • Escalate risks or blockers promptly and recommend practical paths to resolution.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, data platforms, media operations, data governance or a related discipline; qualified Associate Director-level candidates may also be considered.
  • Deep understanding of how digital media works and why data is used across the ecosystem, particularly pixels/server-side signals, first-party audiences, mobile measurement partners and mobile app data sharing.
  • Experience navigating data governance, privacy, security, technology or AI review processes is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to create, interpret and confidently present data flow and architecture diagrams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in ordinary terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner workstreams, dependencies, documentation requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail and drive work forward with limited oversight.
  • Strong client-facing presence and confidence working with experienced client, partner, Legal, Security, Privacy and Technology stakeholders.
