Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Director, Affiliated Technical Centers

In this role you will architect and execute Natcast's affiliated technical center strategy, developing partnerships and capabilities that expand access to critical semiconductor research infrastructure while advancing America's semiconductor innovation agenda.

In this role you will work collaboratively to evaluate technical capabilities, develop strategic partnerships, and orchestrate complex initiatives to ensure NSTC members have access to the advanced facilities and expertise needed to drive breakthrough semiconductor innovation.

To thrive in this role you must combine deep semiconductor expertise with strategic leadership, demonstrating the ability to both understand technical requirements and build collaborative frameworks that accelerate innovation.

This position plays a transformational role in expanding Natcast's technical capabilities through strategic partnerships. The role requires sophisticated understanding of semiconductor research requirements combined with strong partnership development expertise to create a network of advanced facilities that support NSTC's research agenda.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies for affiliated technical centers
