Position Summary...
The Director, Advanced Analytics Seller Risk & Performance leads advanced analytics initiatives across a defined business area, driving data-driven decision-making and insights. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics insights with business priorities, delivering actionable insights that support organizational goals. The Director oversees project execution, mentors analytics associates, and fosters continuous improvement by integrating innovative solutions. This position requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in advanced analytics to influence business outcomes and promote operational excellence.

What you'll do...
  • Lead advanced analytics projects across business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and industry standards.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
