Summary:
The Director, Adult Critical Care & Nursing Support provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of the critical care units. Provides goal development and implementation consistent with the mission, organization's strategic plan, and resources. Oversees clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing, and program refinement in response to needs and trends.
Education:
* Graduate from an accredited nursing school (AD, in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
* Seven years of related critical care experience plus a minimum or 3 years of leadership
Credentials:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
* BLS, ACLS, required. CCRN certification strongly preferred.
