Position Summary:
The Director, Adoption & Implementation is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, utilization, and business impact of BNI's products, technology platforms, strategic partnerships, and operational initiatives across franchise and company-owned markets worldwide.
Serving as the primary link between Operations, Product, Technology, and GPO teams, this role develops and leads BNI's global implementation approach so new initiatives are launched effectively, embraced by franchise partners and Members, and measured against clear business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementation & Adoption Leadership
- Own BNI's global implementation and adoption strategy for new products, technology, partnerships, and enterprise initiatives.
- Establish implementation standards, governance, playbooks, timelines, communication plans, and success metrics.
- Ensure initiatives are launched consistently and effectively across company-owned and franchise markets.
Product & Partnership Activation
- Partner with Product, Technology, and GPO leaders to develop practical deployment plans for new solutions and partner offerings.
- Drive utilization and value realization through structured rollout, enablement, and reinforcement strategies.
- Monitor adoption and business impact, identify barriers, and recommend improvements.
Franchise & Market Readiness
- Ensure franchise partners and company-owned teams are prepared for successful implementation through training, communications, tools, and support.
- Coordinate with regional operations leaders to tailor implementation plans to market maturity, language, regulations, and capacity.
- Promote operational consistency and best practice sharing across markets.
Change Management & Enablement
- Lead enterprise change management efforts for key initiatives, helping stakeholders understand objectives, expectations, timelines, and measures of success.
- Champion responsible AI adoption across implementation and enablement efforts, influencing leaders, franchise partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage AI-enabled tools, insights, and workflows that improve adoption outcomes, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
- Partner with Learning & Development and Marketing to deliver effective enablement resources, launch communications, webinars, FAQs, and field support materials.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure readiness, adoption, utilization, value realization, and ROI.
- Provide implementation and adoption reporting to executive leadership.
- Use field feedback and performance data to improve future rollouts and organizational effectiveness.

- Establishes measurable implementation governance, dashboards, and reporting that provide visibility into readiness, adoption, and ROI.
- Builds strong alignment and engagement among Operations, Product, Technology, GPO, Marketing, Learning & Development, and field leadership.
- Leverages emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and insights, to improve adoption strategies, implementation effectiveness, and operational outcomes.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ years of leadership experience in implementation, operations, product deployment, transformation, franchise operations, or change management.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple regions or countries.
- Experience driving adoption of technology, products, partnerships, or operational programs at scale.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in franchising, membership organizations, SaaS, digital product deployment, GPO programs, or multi-unit operations.
- Certification or training in change management, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred but not required.
