Sodexo is hiring a Director of Facilities to lead a newly opened 75,000-square-foot site in Louisville, CO for a leading consumer products company. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week.

You'll take on hard and soft FM for 500 employees, managing HVAC, budgeting, weekly flash forecasts, and a 7-person team while overseeing mailroom, hospitality, and catering, reporting to the Regional DFO.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee the full spectrum of facilities operations at a single site, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety, and reliability across all systems. You'll guide skilled teams, manage key service areas, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Proven experience in facilities operations, including maintenance planning and systems oversight.
• Leadership background with the skillset to manage, develop, and engage both frontline and management-level staff.

• Solid financial acumen and technical expertise to manage budgets, resources, and service contracts.
• Demonstrated skills to lead and coordinate projects, from upgrades to minor construction initiatives, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
