Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Director, Consulting Services - Defence and Security to contribute to the growth and development of its business with organizations in the defence, security, and aerospace sectors within the Greater Montreal Business Unit.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing strategic accounts, and building strong, long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers. Leveraging your industry knowledge and professional network, you will contribute to strengthening CGI's positioning and expanding its presence in this market.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the defence, security, and aerospace sectors.
-Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
-Contribute to capture strategies, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.
-Leverage your professional network to create new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
-Contribute to achieving the growth objectives of the Defence and Security sector.
-Contribute to the development and positioning of CGI's Defence and Security service offerings.
-Coordinate and support Defence and Security initiatives across the Greater Montreal market.
-Collaborate with CGI teams in Canada, the United States, and Europe to leverage existing expertise, capabilities, and service offerings.
-Represent CGI with industry associations such as CADSI and Aéro Montréal, as well as at conferences, forums, and industry events.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
-Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: defence, Canadian Armed Forces, security, federal government, aerospace, cybersecurity, or industrial digital transformation.
-Demonstrated experience in business development, consulting services, and/or strategic account development.
-Established and relevant professional network within the defence, security, or aerospace ecosystem.
-Excellent executive relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
-Strong leadership, influencing skills, and business acumen.
-Strategic mindset and ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
-Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste.
