Responsibilities

  • Promote and develop Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) for all Manulife Wealth Advisors.
  • Meet with advisors and team members for training on UMAs to effectively present solutions to clients.
  • Conduct training on the Envestnet wealth management platform to ensure end-users are proficient.
  • Assist advisors in portfolio construction and model development for UMA-related opportunities.
  • Support advisors in creating and adopting client UMA reports using the Envestnet platform.
  • Recommend necessary improvements to the UMA program based on advisor feedback.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing product offerings and programs.
  • Lead the creation of supporting documents for advisors, including PDFs, training videos, and relevant informational materials.
  • Manage and update the internal UMA website.

Full Job Description
En tant que membre clé de l'équipe du bureau des placements de Gestion de patrimoine Manuvie, cette personne sera chargée de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les conseillers en placements et avec les membres de leur équipe afin de favoriser l'adoption de nos programmes de comptes gérés, en particulier le programme de comptes à gestion unifiée Apex. Les principaux axes de ce poste comprendront la planification stratégique, le développement et la hiérarchisation des opportunités grâce à une approche consultative portant sur l'utilisation des programmes gérés et des comptes à gestion unifiée (CGU). Ce poste nécessite une bonne compréhension du secteur de conseil à services tarifés ainsi que des facteurs qui favorisent l'adoption de programmes gérés tels que le CGU. Ce poste sera basé dans nos locaux du centre-ville de Montréal.

Ses responsabilités sont les suivantes :
  • Promouvoir et développer les comptes à gestion unifiée (CGU) auprès de l'ensemble des conseillers en gestion de patrimoine Manuvie
  • Rencontrer les conseillers et les membres de leur équipe (à distance ou en présentiel) afin de les former aux CGU pour qu'ils présentent cette solution à leurs clients
  • Dispenser des formations sur la plateforme de gestion de patrimoine Envestnet afin de s'assurer que les utilisateurs finaux maîtrisent parfaitement son utilisation et comprennent son rôle dans le cadre des CGU
  • Accompagner les conseillers dans la construction de portefeuilles et l'élaboration de modèles pour les opportunités liées aux CGU
  • Accompagner les conseillers dans la création et l'adoption des rapports clients CGU par la plateforme Envestnet
  • Proposer les améliorations nécessaires au programme de CGU en fonction des échanges avec les conseillers participant au programme de représentants gestionnaires
  • Contribuer à des projets stratégiques visant à améliorer notre gamme de produits et nos offres de programmes.
  • Piloter la création de documents d'accompagnement destinés aux conseillers dans le cadre du programme de CGU, notamment des aide-mémoire en PDF, des supports de formation vidéo et d'autres documents d'information connexes.
  • Contribuer à la gestion et à la mise à jour du site Web interne de CGU

Compétences :
  • Bilinguisme.
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, de préférence dans la vente de plateformes de conseil ou de gestion d'actifs.
  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme dans un domaine connexe, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
  • Solide compréhension du modèle économique du conseil en placements.
  • Expérience des comptes en gestion distincte et/ou des comptes gérés proposés comme service aux conseillers.
  • Un sens aigu des affaires et des compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'organisation, de communication et de présentation.
  • D'excellentes compétences relationnelles et managériales pour interagir avec les clients, les collègues, les équipes interfonctionnelles ainsi que les tiers.
