RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement- Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Sell with a Purpose - Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution.
- Stay Sharp on Market Trends - Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others.
- Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients.
- Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, HubSpot or Microsoft 365).
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills.
- Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad).
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals.
- Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Seeking a long-term career opportunity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat.
