Your Impact

As our Direct Marketing Manager, you'll lead and develop our Direct Marketing organization, including Direct Marketing Agents, Team Leads, and Supervisors. You'll be responsible for creating a strong, accountable team that consistently delivers against sales, lead generation, profitability, and operational goals.

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Direct Marketing team members.
  • Build a culture centered around performance, accountability, trust, and respect.
  • Partner in hiring, promotions, performance management, and other key people decisions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Develop future leaders and create a strong bench of talent.
Drive Performance & Results
  • Lead the Direct Marketing team toward sales, lead generation, and profitability goals.
  • Translate company objectives into clear, actionable plans for your team.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Hold leaders and team members accountable to expectations while providing the coaching and support needed to succeed.
  • Manage department expenses responsibly and within budget.
Build the Strategy
  • Develop marketing tactics and execution plans designed to generate a strong return on investment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Direct Marketing performance and expand our impact.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to support team member needs and department initiatives.
  • Continuously ask: "How can we do this better?"
