Salary: $145000 - $195000
Other Forms of Compensation:Job SummaryThis individual will focus on delivering service that meets or exceeds standards through training, program enhancement, technology implementation, and account customization.
Key Responsibilities:- Plans objectives for assigned area and ensures management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals.
- Plans and directs training, events, re-imaging of dining space and marketing within the assigned region to support the Sector goals
- Provides the leadership and vision to create an outstanding and reimagined resident experience
- Collaborates with sector partners to provide resources and consultation to dining staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage and develop team members
- Demonstrates initiative, follow- through, and reflection
