The group you'll be a part ofThis position will lead the Demand Planning team, which is part of the broader Global Planning and Operations organization.
The impact you'll makeAs the leader of the demand planning team, you will be responsible for three key areas:

Ensure strong connection with business development teams to ensure aligned prioritization.
- Forecast Management: creation and maintenance of an accurate build and material forecast to support the 18-month demand signal utilizing partnerships with product groups to anticipate upgrade opportunities and previously shipped configurations and sales teams to understand customer needs.
- Slot Readiness: ensure on-time signals to enable GOps commitments to meet customer needs - including full understanding of configuration and non-standard options, and special logistics requirements.
To support these key delivery areas, you will work with teams in Global Operations, Sales Operations, Product Groups to finalize an accurate demand signal. Working with teams accross Lam, your relationships will help you develop and drive an understanding of semiconductor industry drivers, Lam's customer needs, and overall market trends. It will require a leader who has a massive attention to detail, the ability to influence worldwide coordination to ensure standardization and repeatability, and an understanding of planning systems and processes.
The right candidate will be able to choose action over analysis paralysis- someone who starts before they feel completely ready, make calculated moves with the best information available, and build momentum through decisive execution.
