Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Oversee daily operations of outpatient imaging centers, modalities, and call centers, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.


  • Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Managers, Modality Coordinators, and support teams to drive performance and accountability.


  • Optimize staffing, site utilization, and equipment performance to maximize operational efficiency and patient access.


  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control and revenue optimization strategies.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, accreditation) and oversee quality, safety, and risk management programs.


  • Partner with executive leadership, physicians, IT (PACS/RIS), and external stakeholders to align operations, enhance patient/physician satisfaction, and support growth initiatives (including technology adoption and community engagement).


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred (business or related field).


  • 7 - 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or 10 years of equivalent training experience.


  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and radiologic imaging (including RIS/PACS), with the ability to build credibility across clinical and administrative stakeholders.


  • Proven analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems, make independent decisions, and drive operational improvements.


  • Effective leader and collaborator with demonstrated success in team development, cross-functional coordination, and workforce planning.


  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
