  • Coordinate and develop hospital-based workshops and events.
  • Analyze and report data related to marketing campaigns and hospital efforts.
  • Create pivot tables and reports using MS Excel for leadership review.

Responsibilities

Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.

Position Summary

The Director, Business Development will achieve the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Part of our Senior Management Team. This position is responsible for growing the hospital's business by managing all hospital marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for: advertising, public relations, research and referral development.
  • Responsible for utilizing and managing the marketing department budget.
  • Coordinating/developing hospital based workshops/other events.
  • Gathering, analyzing and reporting of data related to marketing efforts and the management of the hospital marketing.
  • Using MS Excel to create pivot tables and reports for the CEO and Regional Director.
