Qualifications

• 3+ years of dining room or food & beverage leadership experience; private club background preferred.
• Servant-leader mindset, prioritizing team support and collaboration.
• Preferred knowledge of wine and experience in tableside service.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a pride-driven service team through recruiting, training, and daily coaching.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and manage daily front-of-house operations while upholding high standards.
• Stay active on the floor, creating authentic relationships with members and guests.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure impeccable service delivery.
• Plan and execute memorable events including wine dinners and holiday celebrations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
