Digital Transformation Manager for our Dallas, TX office.
Role Summary: The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance through the adoption of digital technologies and process innovation. This role partners with business leaders across operations, finance, procurement, project management, field operations, safety, HR, and IT to identify opportunities, redesign business processes, implement technology solutions, and drive organizational change.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, project management expertise, process improvement methodologies, and technology knowledge to successfully deliver transformational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy- Co-develop and execute the company's digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
Business Process Improvement- Standardize workflows and promote best practices throughout the organization.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops with business stakeholders. Provide executive-level visibility into project health, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
- Lead business process reengineering initiatives across multiple departments.
Technology Implementation- Ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications including:
- ERP & MRP
- Procurement Platforms
- Project Management Software
- CRM
- Business Intelligence Platforms
- Mobile Field Applications
- AI-enabled solutions
- Workflow Automation Platforms
- Other business systems
Change Management- Create communication plans for transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate user training and adoption programs.
- Measure adoption and continuously improve user engagement.
Leadership & Talent Development- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing DX organization.
- Define career paths, competency models, and training standards for project management across the enterprise.
- Act as sponsor for key projects within the Technology Group.
Data & Analytics- Procure and develop dashboards that measure operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and predictive analytics.
- Promote data-driven decision making across the organization.
Vendor Management- Lead RFP processes.
- Manage implementation partners.
- Negotiate project deliverables and timelines.
Project Management- Manage multiple digital transformation initiatives simultaneously.
- Work with the PMO to ensure PM alignment and transparency.
- Track budgets and project performance.
Continuous Improvement- Establish a culture of innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies applicable to the construction industry.
- Recommend future improvements based on operational metrics
RequirementsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology and portfolio management within construction, engineering, or capital-intensive industries.
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of corporate technology operations, project controls, and capital project delivery.
Preferred- Master's degree (MBA, or equivalent).
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, or similar certifications.
- Experience reporting into technology executives (CIO/CTO).
- Background in implementation of ERP within construction or manufacturing environments.

Salary Range: - $110,000/year - $140,000/year
