Job DescriptionOverviewThe Digital Systems Lead is responsible for leading digital delivery systems, BIM governance, standards, automation, and innovation across major infrastructure, transportation, and rail projects. This role provides strategic leadership to multidisciplinary digital teams and ensures the successful adoption of digital practices that improve project performance, quality, and efficiency.
Your role- Lead the development and implementation of digital delivery strategies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee BIM, CAD, information management, automation, and digital delivery processes across projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, including standards, automation, object library, and platform support resources.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows, data management practices, and project delivery systems.
- Establish and monitor digital performance metrics, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on BIM execution, information management, and model-based delivery practices.
- Collaborate with project leaders, clients, and technical teams to align digital initiatives with project and business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives that enhance project outcomes.
- Champion training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of digital best practices across the organization.
About you- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, VDC, or digital project delivery.
- Proven experience developing digital standards, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies.
- Experience leading specialized technical teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, information management, quality assurance, and digital project delivery.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business and project needs.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between Pay Range 90 000$ - 117 000$ annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
