Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and AEM, delivering workflows, automations, integrations, and fixes-not just designing them.
This is an
execution-first role (70-80% hands-on) requiring strong technical depth, automation mindset, and troubleshooting skills.
ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills (Must Have) - Candidates
must have strong, hands-on experience in the following areas:
Adobe Workfront (Core Platform Expertise)- Deep hands-on configuration and administration
- Custom forms, workflows, and reporting
- Security model (roles, permissions, access levels)
- Ongoing optimization and system cleanup
Workfront Fusion (Automation & Integration - Required)- Build and manage end-to-end automations
- Experience integrating Workfront with AEM and other systems
- Troubleshoot failed scenarios and optimize automation flows
- Automate intake, routing, notifications, and data synchronization
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)- Hands-on AEM Assets configuration:
- Metadata schemas, taxonomy, and folder structures
- Asset workflows (ingestion, approvals, publishing)
- Permissions and access controls
- Troubleshooting AEM issues (workflow failures, metadata, permissions)
- Supporting DAM operations and downstream usage
Scripting & Automation (Required)- Strong experience with Python
- Ability to build scripts for:
- API integrations
- Data transformation and processing
- Automation beyond platform-native capabilities
- Experience debugging integration and data issues using scripts
Integrations & APIs- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- Adobe APIs / Adobe I/O
- Building and troubleshooting system integrations
- Designing reliable, scalable automation patterns
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred or Willingness to Learn) - These are
not required, but candidates should either have exposure or a strong willingness to learn:
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)- Journey creation (batch or real-time)
- Event triggers, audiences, and decisioning
- Messaging execution and delivery troubleshooting
Adobe Campaign (Classic or v8)- Campaign workflow execution
- Targeting, scheduling, and data mapping
- QA, testing, and troubleshooting campaign issues
- Expectation: Candidates without AJO/Campaign experience should demonstrate a clear ability and interest in learning these platforms as part of the role.
Core Responsibilities:- Build and configure solutions directly in platforms (not just design)
- Own features end-to-end: build 14 deploy 14 support
- Automate manual processes using Fusion and scripting
- Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration issues
- Support day-to-day operations for business users
- Document solutions clearly for scalability and supportability
QualificationsRequired Experience:- 4-7+ years of hands-on platform experience (not just oversight)
- Proven expertise in:
- Workfront
- Workfront Fusion
- AEM Assets
- Python scripting / automation
- Experience working in production environments and resolving live issues

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $101,010.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
