THE TEAM
The mission of the Direct to Customer Department is to acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalized and relevant content while driving traffic and revenue to stores and Aritzia.com.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Direct to Customer team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for executing exceptional subscriber and channel management while driving traffic, revenue, and loyalty through our DTC channels. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Email Marketing, you will support in developing and executing email marketing strategies anchored in trigger and transactional emails, while driving invite-only events, special projects, and loyalty triggers as the program scales. You will also explore white space opportunities, fast-track emerging priorities, and ideate and implement improvement initiatives across DTC that elevate the email channel and overall client experience. The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
