Digital Sales Representative, Power & Grid Segment USA

Job Description

Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Digital Sales Representative, Power & Grid Segment USA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Power & Grid Strategic Account Executive team with Country Targeted Accounts and defined incubation accounts, coordinating follow-up actions to help advance the pipeline quickly.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to nurture priority opportunities and engage the right stakeholders, including owners, developers, and brands, at the right time to improve win probability.
  • Support Strategic Account Executive team to enter and manage all new account opportunities in BfO to support visibility, progress tracking, analysis, and KPI reporting. Keep Pipeline Health at 100% on a weekly basis.
  • Manage utility procurement and customer portals for assigned accounts to keep compliance documents, certificates, sustainability audits, and business requirements current.
  • Orchestrate a OneSE approach for each project by engaging the right cross-business-unit stakeholders early and maximizing the Schneider Electric portfolio of products and services.
  • Prepare the strategic account team and supporting business units with pre- and post-meeting support for strategic customer meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions.
  • Support proposal and contract development by coordinating offer, pricing, bill of materials, configuration, and supporting materials, while engaging global segment technical, marketing, and commercial resources as needed.
  • Establish cadences with Strategic Account Executives and the USA Segment Leader to understand and contribute to regional strategy and leverage customer relationships developed through meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Deliver consistent and compelling messaging across all customer interactions (calls, emails, campaigns, and follow-ups), leveraging sales enablement content to drive lead engagement and conversion.
  • Actively position Schneider's integrated portfolio (Power Systems, Grid Automation, Digital, and Software including AVEVA and ETAP) in customer conversations, translating value into business outcomes to accelerate pipeline progression and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to ensure readiness of messaging and campaigns, while directly applying them in day-to-day prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management.
  • Engage prospects and customers through targeted outreach, aligning solutions to their needs and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel to meet or exceed revenue targets.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with persistence, prioritization, and clear alignment to strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders, teams, and business partners.
  • Strong persuasion, influence, and relationship-building skills in a large matrix organization.
  • Proficiency with SE BfO, along with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced understanding of Copilot and AI tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of Schneider Electric's business and lines of business is preferred, but not required.
  • Power & Grid segment and sales knowledge is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, based on customer meetings, industry events, and internal team meetings.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 94,400 - USD 141,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
