POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven digital product manager to lead the development of our company websites, software development projects and social properties. You will be collaborating with our team of copywriters, marketers, designers and IT on the website's conceptualization, guide the team through the product development stages, and oversee the live deployment of active projects.

To ensure success as a digital project manager, you should possess extensive experience in website design and the ability to lead web and software development initiatives. A first-class digital project manager will be someone whose expertise in web design and software development translates into an innovative solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties (Most Important to Least Important)

Liaise between internal stakeholders and production team to manage project from concept to completion.

Oversee deadlines, budget, and milestones of each project via scheduling, prioritization, and project routing.

Consult with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance, functionalities, and end goal marketing tactics.

Traffic active projects amongst the team to maintain an orderly flow of project management.

Concept user-friendly and visually appealing interface that integrate SEO best practices.

Troubleshoot and test working prototypes, as well as monitor the live deployment of the product.

Document and track website development processes and procedures from initiation to completion.

Monitor success and progress of project(s) and present regular updates for senior executives.

Keep abreast of developments and trends in website design.

Conduct work with 3rd party vendors as needed.

Execute billing invoices, manage team development hours, and report on status and budgets.

SKILLS
  • Has a continuous learning mindset, develops, and maintains a high-level of technology, market, and industry knowledge.

  • Experience with digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.
