Position SummaryAs a Digital Product Manager, you will contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. As a part of the digital team, you will conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle. The Digital Product Manager will apply expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support strategic priorities and customer value.
- Convert product strategy into clear execution plans, priorities, and outcomes for the team.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience with leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services.
- 5+ years of experience with healthcare claims / benefits within a digital product environment.
- 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, execute strategic initiatives, and plan, deliver, and support digital product. lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications- Agile / SAFe experience.
- Quality Assurance Testing Methodologies Or SDLC.
Education- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
