The ideal candidate will bring strong digital product management experience, preferably within B2B eCommerce, SaaS, Life Sciences, or other complex digital environments, and will be responsible for identifying opportunities that improve the customer experience, enhance merchandising and promotional engagement, optimize pricing presentation, and strengthen the overall Find, Decide, and Buy customer journey. The Digial Product Manager will work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, Experimentation, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into prioritized digital solutions and measurable business outcomes. Using a customer-centric and data-driven product management approach, the candidate will identify product opportunities, establish priorities, develop product roadmaps and requirements, support MVP delivery, and continuously optimize digital experiences based on analytics, experimentation, voice-of-the-customer insights, and business value. Key Responsibilities Assess existing digital capabilities, customer experience challenges, product opportunities, and business priorities across FisherSci.com. Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the overall digital customer experience across the Find, Decide, and Buy journey. Develop and maintain a prioritized digital product roadmap covering product strategies, initiatives, enhancements, and delivery activities. Identify and implement digital capabilities that improve merchandising opportunities, product discovery, promotional engagement, and conversion. Partner with business stakeholders to understand pricing strategies and ensure pricing information is presented clearly and effectively within the eCommerce experience. Gather and incorporate Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights into product strategy, prioritization, and experience improvements. Translate customer needs, business requirements, analytics, and product opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, commercial value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery effort. Apply both quantitative and qualitative data to product prioritization and investment decisions. Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure product vision, requirements, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria are clearly understood and accurately implemented. Collaborate closely with UX teams and apply design-thinking principles to deliver intuitive and customer-centered digital experiences. Define and support delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and continuously iterate based on customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and product performance. Partner with Analytics and Experimentation teams to measure digital product performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation approaches to validate hypotheses, improve conversion funnels, and optimize customer experiences. Monitor product performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, and experience KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities requiring action. Convert analytics, customer feedback, experimentation findings, and business insights into actionable product recommendations. Drive alignment across a broad group of cross-functional and globally distributed stakeholders. Facilitate product decisions where customer, commercial, technical, organizational, and delivery priorities compete. Ensure digital experiences are appropriately designed and delivered across relevant desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital channels.
