Full Job Description
About the Role

AI is racing into accounting and most of it is hype. We're building the real thing: Auditable AI that finance and audit teams can actually stake their name on. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bring that story and our vision to life. You'll sit at the crossroads of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, translating a fast-moving AI platform and agentic capabilities into messaging and positioning that customers understand and sales teams can run with. You'll stay a step ahead of the roadmap, work with GTM to keep our story woven into the company narrative, and talk directly to customers to see how they use and win with Trullion. If you love product marketing, get energy from AI, and want a front-row seat to defining how trusted AI gets talked about in a profession built on trust, this is your role.

Responsibilities

Product Positioning, Messaging & AI Storytelling

  • Own positioning and messaging for our platform and AI agent capabilities, translating models, agents, auditability, and explainability into a framework built on trust, accuracy, and human-in-the-loop design that sets us apart from black-box AI.
  • Arm GTM teams with jargon-free narratives for why our AI is different, backed by sharp competitive intelligence on how the AI/automation landscape is evolving in audit and finance.
  • Ensure every piece of product marketing content carries that same narrative consistency and technical accuracy, including: technical blogs, product pages, demos, and webinars.

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for new product and AI feature releases, partnering closely with PMs so launch narratives, enablement, and content are always tied to what's actually shipping.
  • Partner with GTM teams and own our website's product and AI messaging, turning every launch into a pipeline-driving campaign and every page into accurate, compelling content.
  • Ground that messaging in real buyer language by engaging directly with customers and prospects through interviews, advisory boards, and win/loss analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in early-stage B2B SaaS companies, ideally with exposure to AI or highly-technical platforms and a track record selling into external audit and/or finance functions. You've worked with buyers who operate on skepticism, not hype.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI, automation, and data concepts into clear, differentiated, buyer-ready narratives, paired with real curiosity about where AI agents help, where they don't, and where they shouldn't in a regulated, trust-sensitive space like audit and finance.
  • Experience partnering with PMs to build GTM plans around a live roadmap, with sales enablement chops and fluency in CRM/marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with executive presence.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 3 days per week.
