Digital Producer to help guide these projects from start to finish.
In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for our teams and our clients. As our
Digital Producer you'll manage project budgets, timelines, and client requirements, ensuring our designers, editors, animators, and developers have everything they need to create stunning work. You'll lead client calls, capture feedback, and keep everyone aligned, making sure every project stays on track.
The ideal person for this role is a detail-oriented, big-picture thinker. You're organized and adaptable, and you love collaborating with cross-functional teams. You have a passion for technology, creativity, and the power of a well-crafted experience.

Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and manage production timelines from concept to launch.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading calls and providing regular updates.
- Coordinate internal teams to gather and deliver project assets.
- Facilitate feedback and approvals, tracking changes and action points.
- Translate client needs into clear requirements for our creative and technical teams.
- Track and manage resource hours and overall project health.
- Lead internal and client-facing production reviews.
- Contribute to brainstorms and creative ideation.
- Maintain organized project documentation and asset libraries.
- Keep projects moving-even when things shift unexpectedly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- You have 3+ years of experience managing digital or cross-disciplinary projects in an agency or creative studio.
- You have a proven track record of delivering successful digital content and software experiences.
- You're passionate about emerging technologies and evolving production methods.
- You have excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- You have a calm, pragmatic mindset and the ability to pivot quickly.
- You're highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- You have a collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver outstanding work.
