POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Operations Manager (DOM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital marketing platforms, website, email communications, marketing analytics, and digital campaigns. This role plays a critical part in supporting audience engagement, fundraising initiatives, occupancy growth, and organizational communications through data-driven digital strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, list management, automation, scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain automated email journeys and nurture campaigns to support marketing, fundraising, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor email deliverability, maintain database hygiene, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with CRM and data stakeholders to maintain accurate audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
- Manage day-to-day updates and maintenance of the organization's WordPress website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Create and maintain website pages, landing pages, online forms, and event registration pages while following accessibility and user experience best practices.
- Conduct regular website content audits and coordinate updates with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze website, email, social media, fundraising, and digital marketing performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to measure campaign effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
- Translate digital analytics into actionable recommendations that improve audience engagement, fundraising, occupancy growth, and marketing performance.
- Track and report on social media metrics, including engagement, impressions, click-through rates, audience growth, and conversions.
- Develop, edit, proofread, and publish digital content across websites, email campaigns, intranet, blogs, social media, and other digital communication channels.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with organizational branding, messaging, and communication standards.
- Coordinate digital marketing projects with cross-functional departments including Development, Clinical Services, Operations, Facilities, Dining Services, and Events.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external website and intranet development partners, managing project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

JOB DETAILS • Pay Rate: $147,000 to $163.000 annually
• Hours: Full-Time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, digital operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing platforms, email marketing automation, CRM systems, website content management systems (CMS), fundraising platforms, and event registration tools.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), SharePoint, or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or related digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Experience working within nonprofit, healthcare, senior living, mission-driven, or Jewish community organizations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to sit,stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, events, or organizational activities as needed.
