Full Job Description
YOUR ROLE

The Manager, Digital Operations will lead the evolution of core digital operations processes and readiness capabilities across the Victoria's Secret digital ecosystem. You will partner cross-functionally with Digital Merchandising, Platform Teams, Creative Operations, Brand Operations, and Leadership to establish scalable operational frameworks that drive predictable launches, improve efficiency, and unlock future innovation.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder leadership, and change management. You'll help define the future state while ensuring today's business continues to operate effectively and efficiently.

YOUR IMPACT

Drive Product Readiness Excellence

  • Develop and own a strategic Launch Readiness roadmap aligned to key business priorities and customer experience goals.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable readiness frameworks and execution milestones.
  • Identify operational risks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization across the digital product lifecycle.
  • Create visibility into readiness health, progress, and priorities through reporting, communication, and governance routines.
  • Implement measurement frameworks that improve predictability and operational performance.
  • Lead Operational Transformation
  • Build operational processes that bridge current-state workflows with future digital capabilities and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Platform, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Support adoption of new tools, platforms, and capabilities through thoughtful change management and operational readiness planning.
  • Develop future-state process maps, operational models, and governance structures that support long-term growth.
  • Build Scalable Ways of Working
  • Establish clear processes, standards, ownership models, and decision frameworks across complex cross-functional workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify execution, reduce friction, and improve launch outcomes.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and operational resources that enable consistency and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.


Champion Change Management and Adoption

  • Lead operational adoption strategies for new capabilities and process enhancements.
  • Develop repeatable approaches for testing, training, launch readiness, and post-launch continuous improvement.
  • Measure adoption success and identify opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and business outcomes.
  • Ensure teams are equipped and supported through periods of organizational and technological change.
