Main purpose of the Digital Merchandising & Content Lead role:
This is a permanent full-time role for an experienced and creative Digital Merchandising & Content Lead to help elevate the digital shopping experience for REVOLVE Man and FWRD Man. This position blends storytelling and data-driven merchandising to execute and optimize content across homepage, curated product pages, and campaign-related email/newsletter storytelling. In partnership with Women's Merchandising leadership and cross-functional teams, this role supports initiatives that drive engagement and conversion through compelling product curation, trend-relevant storytelling, and strong attention to detail.
This role supports RVLV & FWRD Man every week, with a consistent execution cadence across site and campaign email moments. This role reports to the Director of Creative Operations & Merchandising.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Own the day-to-day execution of weekly on-site merchandising and content plans across Mens, aligned to seasonal strategy and campaign needs.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the editorial and merchandising calendars, ensuring clear alignment with marketing moments and key product stories.
• Create compelling, trend-relevant stories across homepage, emails/newsletters and curated product pages, with a premium point of view.
• Partner with CRM/Marketing and Creative to align on-site stories with campaign email placements ensuring cohesive storytelling and accurate execution across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Men's Buying team to identify key pieces and designer priorities to highlight, ensuring curation supports business goals and seasonal strategies.
• Support accurate and timely execution of product drops, seasonal campaigns, exclusives, and category pushes-ensuring assets, links, and product selections are correct and on-brand.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, sell-through, AOV, bounce rate, click-to-conversion where available) and use insights to optimize placements, storytelling formats, and weekly plans; recommend 1-2 tests/optimizations per week.
• Partner with Site Merchandising/UX and Copywriting to recommend and test improvements to taxonomy, filtering, search, and navigation stories that improve product discovery.
• Stay current on runway, social, and street style trends and translate insights into fresh on-site storytelling and merchandising ideas for Men.
• May mentor junior team members but does not manage headcount.
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, site content, editorial commerce, and/or campaign email content execution.
• Strong editorial eye and ability to curate luxury product assortments and imagery with a clear point of view.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical optimizations and testing ideas.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Buying, Creative, CRM/Marketing, and Site Merchandising partners.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years experience in digital merchandising and/or e-commerce content execution.
• Passion for luxury e-commerce and Women's fashion trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on fashion, merchandising, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience supporting A/B testing, optimization initiatives, or performance reporting routines.
• Experience working within a multi-brand luxury environment is a plus.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary rate is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
